25.01.2022 With COVID19 impacting people all over the world we are natuarally experiencing many changes and challenges for new arrivals into Brisbane. Arrivals have diminished significantly and everyone is subject to a 14 day hotel quarantine whether arriving from overseas or interstate. However, we are still providing clients support finding their new homes, either before quarantine ends through FaceTime walk throughs and arranging inspections post quarantine. Rules and restriction...s keep changing and announcements assisting tenants and landlords, e.g. banning tenant evictions and landlord expense relief, have not been fully explained but realtors and service providers are adapting and helping their clients negotiate these choppy waters.
