13.01.2022 Until June 2022 eligible businesses can deduct the full cost of eligible depreciable assets of any value in the year they are installed + the balance of their simplified depreciation pool. This may work well in conjunction with the loss carry back provisions. You still need to be able to afford or have the borrowing capacity to make the purchase. Also, you can't write-off an expensive car as there has been no change to the motor vehicle limit which is currently $57K.
