06.01.2022 Ground work is necessary!! I recently observed a few people trying to load a horse, after a few minutes I went and asked if I could have a play with the horse, unknowingly the kids snapped a few pics,I was asked, why are you on the flat doing stuff with the horse, you’re nowhere near the float.. Well the horse had all sorts of pressure from different angles and went from being stubborn to cranky, so I took him away from the issue and lunged him around and got control of his face and feet, doing this made him switch on to me and become more aware of what I was asking. It Did not take too long before he was self loading.

03.01.2022 After a busy couple months I’m excited to be back into the ponies. Paint filly, Kip, unhandled here for 2 weeks of handling and ground work before she goes to her new home. Pally gelding, Neon Moon, who I sold unbroken a few years ago and has been bought by a friend of mine here for 2 weeks of ground work and riding.
