21.01.2022 A chance to help orphans in India...

11.01.2022 Hada would like to celebrate International Women's Day 2020 by sharing the Story of Sushma with you. Self-help Groups One of ACN's working approaches is the formation of self-help groups, building capacity within the groups and facilitating them to identify and solve the needs of their community in a sustainable way. Currently, we have 15 Self-Help Groups in Kaski district and 20 Self-Help Groups in Nawalparasi district. Each group consists of 20 to 25 women.... Sushma Pariyar Sushma Pariyar is one of them. She has been able to overcome her fear and come forward and gain skill. There are many other women like Sushma who are becoming capable to come forward after joining ACN's Self-Help Groups.

08.01.2022 Books for kids who need them - Update March 2020 Martyrs of Monotony? It’s a pretty tedious job sorting and repacking books to fill our 8th shipping container but it’s really worth it. We stick at it even though we could do with a few more volunteers like the three young men in the picture who kindly emptied an unverifiable container and filled the good one.... Surprises and a Solution We were sold an uncertifiable container but didn’t discover this until it had been filled. Thankfully God answered our prayers; the seller replaced the container and 3 young men volunteered to help with the complete repacking and it was completed in 4 hours. It would be wonderful to have more volunteers like them to sort and repack books. It’s worth it all! More than 200 schools have benefited from this project over the past 8 years and although we don’t have direct contact with them, letters of gratitude from the schools are more than enough reward for us.
