As many businesses close over the Christmas period it’s important to keep your customers happy and well informed of your closure dates and an emergency contact, if required. Here are some handy tips you might want to consider: ... Add a note to your email signature outlining key dates. Make sure to turn your out of office on and include a message with when you will return, who they can contact if needed and direct them to your website or social media for more information about products or services. You can also set up an instant reply on Facebook messenger, if you’re using that platform for your business.
