19.01.2022 SIGNIFICANT MILESTONE Tomorrow, Chieftains cap No. 452 will line up in his 100th match for the Hadspen Cricket Club in Premier League encounter v Bracknell. Damian Woods has been a true clubman since joining the HCC for the 2015-16 season on and off the field. ... In his 99 matches to date, he has piled on 2707 runs at 33.01 with a highest score of 112* and 21 half-centuries to boot. He has dismissed three unlucky batsmen and been a reliable pair of hands in the field. Woodsy, as he is more commonly known, is a two-time Chieftains premiership player, club best and fairest, TCL MVP award winner. 06.01.2022 DREAM TEAM While work commitments have changed a bit, we have no doubt @Kyle Strochnetter will win back-to-back HCC tool of the year awards! Kyle and Emily Iles have been great additions to the Chieftains - both leading the charge every time they take to the field.... Em scored 128 runs in her first season of cricket, while Kyle starred in our PL winning season taking 36 wickets at 13.44. All the best for the season ahead.
