24.01.2022 The 3 bifold doors were installed after the property was completed to block out noise from the cinema room. The problems were the gaps and not flush with the walls: big gaps around 10-22mm between the bifold doors and the edge of wall pillars, in/outside of the cinema room.

14.01.2022 The post and joists were rotten, the whole frame was just waiting to come down. I had to pull everything down and replace post, joists and paint to match the original colour.

14.01.2022 Client friends accidently ran car into the gate and fence pilar. Rebuilt brick pilar, rendered, painted, repair to timber fence and rehung the gate.

12.01.2022 I have been nominated in the June 2018 for New Franchisee of the year 2018. I now have been notified that I am in the top 3 finalist for the ACT/NSW. The annual conference will be held next week 16-20 August at Seaworld Resort QLD and the winner will be announced then. Fingers crossed, hopely I'll bring back the trophy with me, will keep inform when arrive back.

11.01.2022 Converting an old oil heater that doesn't work to a linen cupboard.

10.01.2022 The director of the childcare centre requested a solution to help protect the dry walls from damage. The solution is simple, install the wall with wall lining panels to cover the bottom part of the drywall throughout the centre, it's strong and durable. There's still more rooms to be done in the centre, post more photos later.

08.01.2022 Customers were asked to resurface their deck, the paint was flaking, nail heads were popping out from deck pailing and it's not a pleasant feeling to step on with bare feet.
