For the first few weeks we will be offering an extended range of small plates, cheese, desserts and other tasty things to nosh on whilst you enjoy a drink or two. And our OPENING HOURS will be;... FRIDAY 4PM - 9:30 SATURDAY 2PM - 9:30 SUNDAY 2PM - 8PM We will be resuming our old trading hours (Thursday - Sunday) and full lunch and dinner menus soon after! With the possibility of more if desired. All wages at Restaurant Award Casual rates.... MUST: be teachable and willing to take guidance from chefs (super friendly team with many years of experience to learn from) have a reasonable level of competency in the kitchen and aware of how to work safely in a kitchen. willingness to take on all required tasks - including washing dishes, taking out the trash, and other less than glamourous jobs. Experience in a commerical kitchen preferred but not essential. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and genuine interest in food are the key attributes we seek.
