22.01.2022 This is Jemma (and Greta in the background ). Jemma started swimming with us when we returned from lockdown and before that had never trained in a competitive club . She raced in her first ever official meet in February 2021 and by March she had qualified for her first states and then her first nationals Jemma swam her first national race today and was disappointed in her swim , she added time in her 400 but up until the 300m mark she was on track for a PB We think she has done an exceptional 5 months of work and we are looking forward to seeing what she can do with a full year of training under her belt! 18.01.2022 Congratulations to everyone who competed today, we have some new state champions in the house and same age group! Well done to Jake Ridley - state champion in the 50 fly, also Campbell Wilson-Moran - state championship in the 50 back. Jake also finished 2nd in the 50 free. Lots of PB’s for our 1st official competition in a LOOOOOOOOOONG time. Well done to all. These results come from best practice in the training pool, there is no way around that and we have had some fantastic training sessions in the lead up to this meet and plenty more to come. Good luck to the 15 and overs racing tomorrow.

11.01.2022 State Sprints - Day 2 - 15& over Another day back in the racing pool, this time for our 15 and over swimmers. Some great PB’s but equally some well over PB’s which is all part of the covid come back. Well done to all of our swimmers and congratulations to Trung Le (50 breast) and Sam Keenan (50 fly) on their Bronze medals. Good news is we have some big competitions coming up so it’s back to the training pool for all to further work on improvements!
