I just wanted to address a new change I will be requesting in regards to any new bookings or appointments, I will now require a 20% non refundable booking deposit fee when booking my services, (This will also be noted in all service descriptions) Over the last few months I’ve had cancellations to services on the day and less than 24 hours before hand, so now I will require a deposit when booking with me, ...
