22.01.2022 We would love to share with our clients that we are fully registered and compliant with all covid-safe requirements. Here is a list of what we are doing to keep you safe: We ask that anyone with any flu like symptoms or fever, or those in hotspots, have been in contact with anyone suspected or confirmed must disclose this prior and reschedule for when they are well.... We will use disposables where possible, and use hand sanitizer before and after every client. We also have the strictest cleaning regime for our equipment to ensure your safety. All clients will need to hand sanitize on our arrival. We have enacted our covid safe plan. We will keep records of all people who come into the salon for a period of 30 days. We have recently updated our terms and conditions to incorporate our COVID safety plan.

21.01.2022 CANCELLATION POLICY We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand that ours is too. We have put in place a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost or fees applied.... Any cancellations that occur within the 24-hour period will be referred to our Salon Manager and may result in a cancelled booking fee being applied (10% of the total of the services booked). Any guests who make a booking and fail to be present for their appointment (and failed to contact the salon to cancel their appointment), may result in a cancelled booking fee of 10% of the total services booked. Please understand we have put this cancellation policy in place during Covid restrictions as we are running on very tight scheduling
