21.01.2022 Attention clients: There are a lot of mixed emotions regarding the current situation with the Coronavirus. For me it seems reasonable to ask, that my clients follow the advice of our Minister of Health, and if you’ve travelled internationally recently, that you reschedule your appointment outside the 14 day quarantine recommendation. This is for the safety and peace of mind of other clients and most of all to take precautions for myself & family. Thank you for your understanding!

I’ll be trying to open my doors by June 1st, but haven’t set anything in stone just yet. Im still waiting for the supplies ill need in order to open to come in and waiting for the green light. I will be contacting the clients I had to cancel first and then I have a list I’ll start working on. I only have certain days I will be working, therefore its going... to be very hard to fit everyone in so please be patient with me. The new rules you’ll have to follow when you come in for a hair and lash appointments are: - once you arrive please stay in your car and call or text me to let me know you’re here 640-0553. (basement shop door only) I will come get you. - you’ll need to wear a mask, sorry no mask, no appointment! - I will be asking you some questions before you come in, do you have any cold or flu symptoms, temp, have you been traveling in the last 14 days or exposed to anyone who has been confirmed to have covid 19 etc. - If you have a temperature over normal or any cold or flu symptoms, please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.I will work hard to get you back in when your symptoms are gone. Anyone who shows up with these symptoms will be turned away and charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment charge. My time is very valuable and where I won’t be able to take as many people as I normally would, I have to implement a cancellation fee. - in saying that, if you are late even 5, 10 minutes, I will also have to turn you away. Because of all the new rules where I have to sanitize everything after each client, I don’t have time to run late. You will also be charged a 50% cancellation fee and will have to be rebooked. I know this is harsh but it’s going to be very challenging to fit everyone in so it’s something I have to do. - No food or drink will be allowed in the shop for now. - You have to come alone, and I won’t be taking kids right now. - I’m still cash only, no etransfers Thank you all so much for your understanding and patience.
