We have had a massive influx ...of new clients but that also means we have also had a large number of late cancellations and no shows. This is unfortunately is just not acceptable. Our appointments are not 15 minutes quick cuts. We usually have 2-3 hours booked to make our clients look fabulous. So when someone doesn’t show that puts a lot of pressure on a small business. It also puts a lot of pressure on our stylists when clients are late to their appointment. So unfortunately we have to put our foot down and look after our selves and our salon.
