05.01.2022 Hi everyone. Just wanted to touch base and let you all know that hair Chi is still open and that we have implemented measures to keep us open for as long as we possibly can. We don’t know how long we are going to be threatened by Covid19 but I want everyone to know that we are dealing with it to the best of our abilities. The steps taken are those that have been recommended to us by the Health Department. Cleaning of each station (chairs and bench top)after each client. ... The door handle is cleaned after each client leaves. The eftpos machine is cleaned after each transaction that requires it to be touched (paywave is a bit a blessing there). Cutting wraps after washed after each client. Magazines are taken off the shelves so maybe bring in your iPad or phone (we have free WiFi just ask us for the password). Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk. All these measures are to ensure your safety, as well as mine. There are some things I ask of you, as a client. If you are not feeling well please call and rebook you’re appointment for a time when you are feeling better. Please come in on your own. The less people we have in the salon the better. I am trying to book my appointments so as I am one on one in the salon. There are tissues at each station if you feel the need to sneeze or cough please feel free to take one to sneeze/cough into. All these measures are simple common sense and I hope that together we can get through this. Hopefully it won’t come to the point of wearing a mask. Everybody stay safe and wash your hands.

03.01.2022 Within new government regulations I am asking all clients to have their hair prewashed before you come in. This will shorten the time I have to finish your hair in the thirty minute timeframe. Also blow waves are no longer included. Your hair will be blow dried but it will be as simple as possible. There are strict rules I have put in place to protect everyone. Only one person in the salon at a time. If there is someone in here please wait outside. All stations are cleaned and disinfected after each client leaves and all equipment is also cleaned.
