09.01.2022 To all those that need a good reminder today...make yourself a priority not today, but always!! Whether it’s your allowing yourself around too many toxic people, friends or family, putting your health on the back burner by not fuelling with good nutrition/exercise or constantly putting yourself last before anything, take one step each day to minimising the things that don’t bring you value or could be steering you further away from your ultimate goal. . . Wake up each day wit...h intention that you are worthy of making yourself your #1 priority. Here’s some tips that I have found helped me to a good mind set and start my day right: waking up at 5am (I beat the kids waking up to get in my zone and plan what I have on for the day/gratitude/meditation/affirmations) eating better daily (a good smoothie or smoothie bowl loaded with fruits, greens and probiotics) I choose my time wisely and prioritise what’s most important for me that day or week surround myself with people who get me, uplift me and want the best for me (if you have people around you that are toxic, whether it’s family or friends, work on letting go as they are probably one thing holding you back from your full potential) use a diary! Not only does it help so your brains not trying to remember a million things but it allows you to make time for difference blocks of your day. So important to me! .
