23.01.2022 Edit * wow, watching the PM speak completely shatters me, knowing I cant even do a haircut in half an hour means this was the correct decision to make. I feel so deeply sad for my hair and beauty industry friends and family, what a scary time for us all* Happy Tuesday (perhaps not so happy for all ) I come bearing the bad news that I also, will be closing my salon doors as of today. With these scary, unknown times, I cant risk the health of myself or my family by welcomin...g a number of clients into my home each week. Like a lot of you, I have vulnerable family members and am lucky to be able to have the option to #stayhome and social distance. This decision is also at the best interest of you all as I just cant guarantee the client next to you is well. Unfortunately, I cant practise social distancing in my environment and regardless of maintaining hygiene levels, I still feel the risk is too great. I will be re assessing the situation after Easter but until then I cant give a re opening date. I will of course be honouring and extending all vouchers. I hope you can all stay safe and healthy and #stayhome whenever possible See more

21.01.2022 Hi all Im just feeling the need to reach out to you all. Im feeling great guilt at the moment with over 40 messages I have not responded to. This is a small snippet of my life the last 4 weeks. Today I am almost feeling back to my normal self after surgery yesterday.... I will be absolutely fine moving forward but unfortunately have been extremely unwell and unable to get out of bed and care for my daughter, let alone manage any work messages. You all know how important the salon and work is to me but we cant plan these things to happen. Its just unfortunate I dont have anyone to step up and take over while Im down and out! I normally wouldnt share this info on my business page but I feel the need to explain myself as I can see I have upset a few of you. I want to express my sincere gratitude to all of my clients over the past 3 years. While my little salon has definitely served its purpose, the struggle of working from inside my home with a small family has found us struggling with an unhealthy work/home balance. ... 05.01.2022 I am excited to let you all know that as of Monday the 22nd of July I will be working on Mondays as well as Thursdays. This means I will now be able to take on new colour clients! Please ensure you book well ahead of time if you are after an evening appointment (on a Thursday) as they are always the first to go.
