18.01.2022 Today a such an important day for us all to not just ask others R U OK but to also ask ourselves if we are ok and if we do get asked to then be honest and not just smile it off but be truthful and know it’s okay to not be okay, I feel like everyday should be a day we remember to ask others and ourself R U OK ? Suffering silently is so hard and sometimes we don’t reach out for help or advice but a lot of the time others never ask the small question like R U OK? Nothing is to...o small to talk about, everything you feel is valued and means more then you think, never feel like you can’t talk about how you feel even when it might seem small and like others won’t listen they will and it might help to talk about how you feel no matter how big or small it seems, you might be feeling alone but your not. Suffering myself from PTSD, depression, anxiety attacks and anxiety I know how important it is to talk about my feelings and to also always ask everyone R U OK and the following small questions to make someone feel not alone!! Someone very close to me who I just love so dearly said to me when I was having one of my worse down days and it’s stuck with me this last few weeks and I think about these words when I’m down you just have to remember your on this world for a reason and everything is going to be okay Sometimes it’s the small things that can really make such a huge difference My door is ALWAYS open to anyone and everyone, you are never alone even when it seems you are, reach out to me whenever I’m always here So R U OK? 05.01.2022 NEW LOCATION COMING MARCH I am thrilled to announce Hair Avenue is MOVING to a NEW SALON STUDIO, the time has come in 2021 for me to take my business and grow Hair Avenue by opening up my new location in the Hawkesbury area.
