Unfortunately Neri & I have had a small handful of very, erm...unsavoury responses over the phone from people disappointed they cannot get appointments as soon as they'd like! Rudeness and bad attitudes will not be tolerated. Please be kind & patient as we are only a team of 2, & endeavour to do our best to help out absolutely everyone that walks through the door, and our no.1 priority is to make all of our valued clients look & feel awesome!
