16.01.2022 This is my best friend, we have known each other for over 30years and she is the worst client ever. Today is the first time she has had her hair done in 12 months, and tells me she doesn't want much cut off, wants to keep it long, im like yer sure then cut about 4 inches off before she has time to react and before i colour it because her ends are next level damaged, and i just smile like ain't nothing you can do now its gone .
