17.01.2022 Nestled right in amongst one of Sydney's gorgeous and peaceful seaside villages and on a local navy base in Watson Bay, hides a little gem. This boutique hair ...studio offers a rotating captive audience all year round, with no need to advertise to the civilian population as there are between 500 & 800 personnel on board at any given time that means less time and money spent on advertising and marketing; therefore you've got more time to make money and focus on the things you enjoy! This hair studio will benefit either an individual that has been or is still in the hairdressing industry and wants to work for themselves and take control of the opening hours that suit them. It will also benefit an individual that has an existing business and wants a small venture to increase their cashflow, train/rotate staff and be able to be flexible with the opening hours as they wish. It is a regretful although urgent sale due to the current owner having an illness in the family so he will be relocating to the Illawarra region and focusing on caring for his family member on a more permanent basis.
