19.01.2022 BREASTFEEDING Testimony - Sandra says - *UPDATE-June 18th 2020: She is my third baby and I breastfed all three of my babies....my previous two Nursing ...Journeys both ended early due to low supply. My third baby is the only one I successfully nursed for a year, and I believe Tru has EVERYTHING to do with that!!! She is now a happy healthy 20 month old that is thriving! I’m now 24 kgs down and loving my TruLife!* Original Post-May 12th 2019: I just wanted to come on here and set some new mommy’s minds at ease. If you are a new mommy and have been wanting to start Tru, but haven’t yet due to breastfeeding... please don’t let that be the thing that stops you from getting yourself back! I had my third daughter in October 2018. I found Tru in February 2019. I have been Exclusively Breastfeeding my baby since she was born. I’m thrilled to say she is now 7 Months and still EBF and she is thriving!! My supply hasn’t seemed to suffer at all on Tru, I’d even say it’s flourished on Tru! This is the first breastfeeding journey that I haven’t had to supplement with formula due to low supply issues...I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the only thing I’m doing differently this time is taking the Tru. My baby doesn’t seem to be phased at all by the Tru. Her sleeping habits haven’t been disrupted and she hasn’t had any tummy troubles since I started Tru. Before Tru I barely had enough energy to keep breathing let alone keep up with my three girls! A few days on Tru and my ENERGY levels did a complete 180! I’ve been able to do so much more with my girls and I’m happy to say I’m the best mommy I can be for them because of Tru! I’m down nearly 12 kgs and my energy levels allow me to have so many more experiences with my girls. Please...if you are considering Tru but haven’t started yet because you are Breastfeeding... Obesity, Fibromyalgia,IBS,Plaque Psoriasis,Insomnia,Depression,cancer survivor,Chemo brain (yes it’s real !) Muscular Neuropathy,been on multiple medications and Then found Tru, Yes I was skeptical!
