08.01.2022 Just a little housekeeping for our clients ~Parking~ As many of our clients are aware, the street has been incredibly busy of late due to the ongoing construction happening across the road. We ask that everyone please be conscious when parking, as it is a residential area and we must be considerate to our neighbours. Please park curb side. If you cannot park directly out the front, then you may just need to park further down the street and walk up. Please do not:... -park on the front lawn/neighbours lawns. -park in the driveway. My husband works from home and often needs to be able to come & go throughout the day. -park in a way that makes it difficult for other cars to get through (eg; parking directly opposite another vehicle which is parked curb side) ~Extra people/prams~ Unfortunately, most of the time, we just don’t have the space for additional people/children/babies in prams to attend appointments with you. This is especially at the moment with Christmas approaching and the salon being very busy. If you think you may need to bring an extra to your appointment, please contact us before your appointment to check if we can accommodate. ~Cancellations/late appointments~ As per normal, we appreciate as much notice as possible should you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Please don’t wait until you receive your confirmation text. We have a long cancellation list & would appreciate being given enough notice to be able to offer that time slot to another client. This is especially important in the lead up to Christmas, as we are working extra days/hours to be able to accommodate everyone, and have arranged care for our own children to do so. Please also ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. We are booked back to back, and although 10mins may not seem like that big of a deal, it can cause us to run late for the rest of the day (or miss the tiny break we get during the day when we get to scoff some food!). Arriving late for your appointment may mean we need to alter/cancel your intended service. Our last day of trade is 23rd Dec. We will reopen on 20th Jan 2021 (with decreased hours until Feb). xox
