23.01.2022 Hey guys, After a long week of sleepless nights and trying to keep up with government rules, I have decided to close Hair By Sam temporarily until all this settles down. For the health,safety & wellbeing of my clients and also myself and my family. I want to thank all of my beautiful, loyal clients for their ongoing support and understanding and it won’t be too long before I see you back in my chair.... Much love, Sam x

23.01.2022 Hi Guys, I want to thank all of you for your support, I have been run off my feet since I came back Also this means I am booking out further in advance so booking ahead is strongly advised so you can get your preferred time. Some house keeping ... We are still practicing social distancing in the salon so this means I have set days which are Mondays,Tuesdays,Fridays and Saturdays. Please come to your appointment alone as we are trying to reduce the amount of people we have in salon, with the exception of children’s haircuts where you can be present. If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home and rest. Also I know things can be slightly overwhelming at the moment with everything going on but if you can please double check your appointment reminder msg as I’m having quite a few people not show up at the moment and this is valuable time I could have for someone else. 11.01.2022 BOOKINGS With Christmas fast approaching I am currently booked out for the rest of 2020. If you have missed out please send me a msg with your preferred time/date and I will pop you on my cancellation list. With cancellations, I completely understand things happen and if you need to cancel please try and give at least 24hrs notice just so I have time to contact someone else to fill your spot.... Reminder msgs are sent out 48hrs before your appointment please double check your time/date when the msg comes through. At this stage I’m not taking on any new clients just so I can focus on fitting in my existing clientele, this won’t be forever just until things calm down. And lastly we currently still have Covid restrictions in salon so if you can please come alone to your appointment as we have limited space in the salon coming up to Christmas. But there is something that I have to address which has been happening for quite a while but I’m noticing is becoming more & more frequent.... No Shows & Last Minute Cancellations I know we all live in a busy world and have a lot on our plates and things happen, people are sick etc. So I will be now sending out 2 reminder msgs one at 48hrs and one at 24hrs.
