18.01.2022 Hi guys just touching base after yesterdays covid announcement. if you have an appointment from now until Monday, 26 October-all appointments have been canceled, Due to hairdressers not being allowed to reopen. I am meant to be allowed to reopen as of Monday 26th of October, But this is ONLY if cases are 5 or below. So Im not even 100% sure if I will be able to open by then. (Fingers crossed though) ... I am not making any more appointments or rescheduling anyone until I have a date of reopening that is 100% locked in. This obviously makes it really hard when we will be super close to Christmas and Im already booked out for December. Please be understanding with how this will be handled. I have to be completely honest now to avoid clients having certain expectations on my return. Im not going to be able to accommodate for everyone and their needs unfortunately. All appointments in from October 26th will remain the same unless we are forced to close longer again. This is completely out of my hands and I know I am going to have a lot of unhappy souls which breaks my heart. Trust me I wish it wasnt like this. everyone that messaged me I will get back to you, Ive just had a lot of messages in the last 24hrs. I hope this has cleared up everything that was thrown at us yesterday, if you have any questions send me a message and I will answer them the best that I can. hope youre all staying safe and well and I cant wait to catch up with you all when this is all over S x

18.01.2022 Hey babes, As of Wednesday I will be closed for six weeks. Tuesday & Wednesday are booked out already. So unfortunately I cant bring any spots forward. If you have an appointment with me in the next 6weeks your appointment will be cancelled. I wont be re-booking anybodys appointments until I have a clear idea that I can open after the six weeks. In saying that if you do not have a Christmas appointment booked in I would text me ASAP to make a booking as I am getting so booked out already. ( if you need specific times or days please verify in texts saves a lot of back and forth) I will have product available to purchase so if youre running low you can text me and I will do a post drop once a week to get it out to all of you. 17.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL MY CLIENTS Announced today by Daniel Andrews that face masks and now mandatory and to be worn at all times. (Unless teaching or exercising) this now means that all my clients and myself are to be wearing a mask at all times as of this Thursday.... you must provide your own mask and it MUST be worn before you enter my studio and during your WHOLE appointment. Unfortunately no mask, means no appointment. I understand this is going to be a huge adjustment for some and some of you may struggle with this, so if you would like to cancel your upcoming appointment please text me ASAP to cancel. I am taking your temperature on arrival and I have a strict no extra policy to your appointment. 11.01.2022 UPDATE- I am remaining open. All correct measures will be taken, as they have been since I reopened. I will be doing temperature checks on arrival. Unfortunately if you are from any of the hots spots in Victoria you cannot attend your appointment and I will need you to cancel. If you are unwell or have been around anyone who is, you need to cancel your appointment and reschedule for another day. I cannot stress this enough. ... If you feel uncomfortable and want to cancel your appointment no problems, please do so ASAP so I can work my days and salon out accordingly. If you have any questions, please send me a text.
