For 2020 there will be a few changes in business so please read up As my little boy gets older he needs more of a strict routine so business hours are 9 am to 5.30 pm ... If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment and I have someone straight after your service you have lost your spot , as I always find myself moving clients down and don’t finish till 7 pm at times. As of the 1st of January 50% deposit is to be made to secure your appointment , as I have a family to feed and cannot afford to sit around and waste a day. Life gets in the way if due to emergency you cannot attend the appointment we can reschedule. If you’ve last minute have decided to go else where after making the appointment ( this has happened before ) your deposit is non refundable. If for some reason I’m the one to cancel you’ll 100% get your money back. Hope everyone stays safe & see you all in the new year
