08.01.2022 It’s always heartbreaking having to shave someone’s heard. But it’s also rewarding when it empowers the person that has made the decision. It’s such a personal choice. But when you have a client that won’t look in the mirror anymore because of their hair it’s heartbreaking. Our clients don’t get to choose hair-loss but they do get the choice when it comes to shaving their head. Sometimes this decision is very important to the client and can be a weight lifted of their shoulde...rs for many reasons. The most important part of shaving a clients hair is making sure it’s the right decision for your client and not because someone else is making them do it. Also making it a safe space and Making your clients comfortable. Client experience is everything as it can be a very traumatic recovery that can last for years if the client doesn’t feel comfortable.
