22.01.2022 CANCELLATION POLICY Due to a lot of no shows and cancellations haircut studio now has a cancellation policy in place. Please be mindful when booking appointments you don't wish to keep. ... We now have a 24 hour cancellation policy. A $50 booking fee may apply if you cancel at the last minute or don't show up at all to cover our time that was kept aside especially for you. However we are understanding people and understand that plans change uncontrollably at times, so if you have a great reason for the late change then we will be flexible in working something out for you. As a small business you are taking away our livelihood when you don't show up for your appointment. Not only that but you are taking away an appointment from someone who has waited patiently for an appointment. Our time is prescious so if you can't make your appointment, a phone call or msg via Facebook atleast 24 hours prior to your original booking would be muchly appreciated. Repeat offenders will have credit card details held for possible future cancellation fees. Thankyou for your understanding from the management and all senior staff at haircut studio.
