This simple look is created using Matrix Professional Haircare & Color and took Claire less than 20 minutes to create. Claire had washed her hair with MATRIX SUPER SLEEK shampoo and conditioner the day before and straightend. It is important to note that her hair was 1 day old. 02.01.2022 Dear Valued Customers, As we navigate through the unprecedented situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to connect with you all to outline the current measures we are taking to ensure the health and well-being of our valued team and valued customers. Our store teams already enforce strict hygiene practices that are part of our daily practice, however, we have put in place additional steps to ensure safety for all. This includes increased disinfecting of all surfa...ces, including floors & benches, client chairs and all equipment and providing access to hand sanitizer. We ask everyone to defer to common sense, and whilst we are currently trading as normal (until we have further advice from government bodies) we ask that anyone who is experiencing virus-like symptoms, to stay safe & at home. Our staff will happily help you to reschedule your appointment for a later date. We are also asking the same of our team members. Salon and Piercing Services We will continue to operate as normal Online Store and Click & Collect Online purchasing will operate as normal. Click and Collect will still be available at select stores. Retail Whilst shopping centres and shopping precincts remain open to the public, we will be trading as usual. We currently do not have any restrictions in place for the purchase of hair care.
