23.01.2022 Essential Oil Sample Station Ever wondered about essential oils? What they are and how they work? that was me two years ago, now I couldn’t live without them! ... I use them for respiratory support head tension relief immune support improve our quality of sleep low toxic cleaning ( yep so easy to do and I make all our cleaning products) purify the air quality in our home seasonal allergies pain relief calm overwhelmed emotions relaxation and self care help with teething babies help with tummy issues reduce the chemical load in our home skin support These are only a handful of ways I use them. Next time your in the salon ask me about a sample of these oils and how they can assist a need in your life! I’m also hosting an in salon information evening chatting about the oils, how to use them and a chance to smell and see how they work for yourself. Please download the NSW service app prior to your appointment and scan the code when entering the salon. This is incase of any outbreaks and easy tracing can be identified. 07.01.2022 Hair Masque A quick and easy hair masque to pop onto your hair dry before your hair is due for a wash - Organic Coconut Oil the amount will depend on the amount and density of your hair - Add 2 drops each of Lavender and Rosemary essential oil ( this need to be good quality pure essential oils)... Method: - Add your ingredients into a small bowl and mix to combine. Add oil into your hands and rub together for the coconut oil to melt. - Into dry hair (concentrate on the mid lengths to ends area) work the oil through your hair - Leave in for half hour or even longer ( I do mine in the morning tie it up in a bun and wash out in the evening) - Make note, when ready to rinse out before adding water to your hair, give your hair a shampoo over the dry hair. This will help to break down the oil as it’s not water soluble. Then proceed with two shampoos and conditioner. This treatment will leave your hair feeling soft, shiny, Hydrated, less frizz and easy to manage. The essential oils help to nourish and repair the hair and scalp and help to stimulate hair growth. Try to do this once a week or fortnight, the more you do it the better it will be.
