25.01.2022 MATERNITY LEAVE EXTENDED I was planning on being back in the salon by now! I’ve been holding off to make this decision. Avalee still requires Mummy’s full attention It turns out I can’t just put her down and go do hair for a couple of hours like I had thought I would be able to Until I can sort bubby into more of a routine or childcare I have to extend my maternity leave. So until then I’m embracing this time with Avalee enjoying motherhood before I put my full focus b...ack in the salon. 14.01.2022 As a lot of my clients who have been in the salon lately would already know we are expecting our first baby!! My expected due date is the 8th of Feb 2020. So I will be taking bookings up until Christmas. January I will monitor how I’m feeling and will cut back to only doing basic cuts & colours, regrowth touch ups ect but no foiling or balayage. ... 14.01.2022 Today was my first day of being a working Mum. Avalee was at daycare making friends and doing fun stuff! Thank the lord because I cannot be cutting hair like this with my little koala bear wanting to be on my lap I gave in on the leg tugging this afternoon and let her climb up on my lap. She was very intrigued in our look and learn session today cutting her cousin Alarah’s hair ... It was a beautiful moment.. Made me think of the stories my Mum tells me... I use to sit on my Dads lap same age as Avalee while dad drove the Backhoe around. I would fall asleep within a few minutes. This is 29 years ago when you could do this And we had our own earthmoving business. 14.01.2022 We would finally love to announce the safe arrival of our healthy baby Girl Avalee Brooke Moyle. (Pronounced A-va- lee) Arriving 2 weeks early on the 24/01/20 6.6 pounds(2.98kgs)... We are so in love and obsessed with our precious little girl. We are still trying to process that we have made this little human. My biggest fear has turned out the most amazing achievement so far! 10.01.2022 IM COMING BACK!! February the 1st 2021 I will be back in the salon. I have had wayyyy more time off then expected and I thank everyone for being so patient with me. Turns out you cant just put a baby in the corner and expect them to not want Mumma’s attention.. Well not my little Avalee! I’m so thankful to have had this extra time off with my little love, putting all my focus into being a mummy and a full time milk making machine but now it’s time to get back into my... salon and create beautiful hair. I’m looking forward to doing what I love and having a much needed catch up! Appointments will still be by appointment only and I will encourage re booking in after your appointments to ensure you don’t miss out.
