21.01.2022 Hey Guys... I just wanted to remind everyone of our No Show and last minute cancellation policies. Due to the huge number of last min cancellations & no shows that we have had, this policy is being strictly implemented. ... We send reminders out 48 hours before your appointment, leaving you with plenty of time to call and cancel, so please be respectful of our time as we are of yours. If you no longer want your appointment then please give us sufficient notice as stated in our policy which you’ll find on our website, FB page and on our online booking system. If we do not receive 24hours notice you will be charged 50% of the cost from your scheduled service. If you blatantly don’t show up you will be charged the full amount of the service you had booked. If these amounts aren’t paid, we will not be able to reschedule you for your service. We will also be implementing Deposits on all services booked. All colour services will now require a $50 deposit & Hair cuts will require a $20 deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount will then be deducted from your scheduled service on the day. We appreciate your understanding with this matter .

A few months back we decided to try something different, so we dyed her hair COPPER We stopped colouring the ends about 3 appointments ago to allow for some natural fading to assists us when with the lightening process. We anticipate it will take 3 - 4 appointments to safely get her back to her previous Blonde. 03.01.2022 I was hoping I wouldn’t have to make this post but unfortunately I feel it’s necessary. As you are all well aware, we all find ourselves in the middle of a global pandemic.... as a small business this has forced us to find our new normal and adapt accordingly. One of the strictest policies I’ve implemented is that if staff are sick, even a sore throat, that they stay at home and only return when they are 100% better. We also implemented the use of face masks for all staff ...and clients last week, as we are obviously unable to social distance. Over the last 3 weeks we have copped aggressive, shitty behaviour from clients who we have had to reschedule due to sick staff or the need to wear masks. This is NOT acceptable and will no longer be tolerated... we always try to call as soon as we know a staff member is unwell but as you all know life happens and sometimes we can only give 30 min notice. Verbally abusing staff, making a scene and slamming our front door is bullshit behaviour. People who treat us like this are not welcome in our salon as we don’t have the emotional energy that it requires to deal with them. You can leave all the negative reviews you like, that doesn’t excuse your appalling behaviour! I’d rather cop a bad review then have abusive emotional vampires in my salon! Please be fucking kind and understanding!! We’ve honestly had enough! And to those clients who we’ve had to reschedule who have been nothing but understanding and supportive, we thank you so much for the respect and support that you always show us.
