05.01.2022 Good morning to all our lovely clients Would just like to let everyone know from today we will be asking for a $40 non refundable deposit when booking any appointments that go for long period of time these will include services like colour, foils, balayage and extensions as we have had too many no shows and people cancelling last minute. Please understand we are a small business and when we book appointments like these we do not double book so you have our complete attention... during your appointment. If you do need to reschedule a minimum of 24hours notice must be given or you will loose your deposit. If you reschedule with at least 24hours notice we will carry over your deposit we do understand things come up. If you show up for your original scheduled appointment your $40 non refundable deposit goes towards your appointment To all our clients that book their follow up appointment at time of current service we would like to offer a reduced non refundable deposit of just $20 and a complimentary treatment at said follow up appointment (above terms and conditions still apply) Hope you all understand and appreciate your time in reading this announcement
