09.01.2022 An Important Message Regarding COVID-19 At Hairway we already uphold very strict protocols when it comes to sanitation and cleanliness. We will continue to practice these standards including proper hand washing with soap and water and regularly using hand sanitiser. We have also implemented the following added precautionary measures: Spacing Clients 1.5m apart. Please come alone (no Children/Family/friends)... No Hugs or Kisses Cleaning with Hospital grade disinfectant before and after every Client. We will ensure that you are able to sanitize your hands in our Salon and we have also increased the frequency of disinfecting and sanitizing of the entire Salon especially high-contact areas such as stations, reception surfaces, door handles and EFTPOS machines. We kindly ask all our clients to please cooperate with us by not visiting Hairway for at least 14 days if you have recently been overseas or if you have been in close contact with someone who has recently been overseas. We also kindly ask that if you are unwell, or experience symptoms of cold or flu, please do not visit Hairway and seek appropriate medical care. 05.01.2022 What a Week! It felt like Xmas, just without the Carols. We ended up doing almost 70 hours.... We would love to Thank our amazing Clients that are truly just like Family to us. Emerson and Emma, our AMAZING Staff have been incredible and we are blessed to have them. Wanting to stay back to help no matter how stressed and worried they are. I feel for all my Hairdresser Friends around the country, especially when they report sick people and people supposed to be in Quarantine c...oming in. We have not had a single client like this, we even had a client postpone because she an itchy nose! We will stay open as long as it is Safe to do so in Mackay, We are only booking regular Clients that we know. We will try to fit in as many people this week as we feel it could be the Last week.
