25.01.2022 With the ever changing Covid 19 epidemic it’s with great sadness that I inform all my loyal client family that I will not be taking anymore appointments at this stage. All appointments for today, tomorrow and next week will stay as normal providing the government will allow me to still trade. So unless I’m told otherwise, Hair Worx will close its doors next Saturday 4th April until this epidemic is over. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my loyal customer...s for their love and support in helping me run a successful salon for the last 4 years and 4 months. From the bottom of my heart I thank you! This is not for ever and I will be back as soon as I possibly can bigger and better than ever! From Sharnah, myself and my boys we thank you and wish you and your family to stay healthy and well! 23.01.2022 After owning Hair Worx for nearly 5 years and working for Josephine for nearly 15 years it’s with a heavy heart that I announce I will NOT be renewing my lease for the building in November! I felt that I needed to post this so no one needs to go into panic mode! I am not leaving town, I am not selling the business and I am not hanging up my scissors just yet! But stay tuned cause the best is yet to come.......... All appointments now and in the future will continue as normal. I would like to take this opportunity again to thank all my new and exisiting clients for your on going support. And when the time is right, all will be revealed!

20.01.2022 Ladies and Gentlemen Hair Worx is still operating! Opening hours vary from normal but I am open. With the ‘Rona’ still floating around all hair stations, chairs and hair service tools are disinfected after each client. Social distancing is still in effect in the salon so appointment times are spread out. If we don’t answer the phone please leave a message and we will call you back ASAP. As always, all pre booked appointments are still available. New appointments can be made... but there may be await to get in. Please understand I’m trying my best considering the circumstances. 19.01.2022 As of Wednesday 30th September, 2020 Hair Worx will cease trading at 31 Elizabeth Street! After 28 years, 23 years owned and operated by Josephine and 4 years and 10 months owned and operated by me Hair Worx is CLOSING it’s doors for the final time! I would like to invite all clients, present and past, to come in and enjoy light refreshments and drinks between 10am - 6pm on Thursday 1st October, 2020. It’s time to celebrate the success, the many ‘forever’ friendships made an...d the all the shenanigans we have all shared over the years! This is not the end so stay tuned..........

15.01.2022 With COVID still lingering and uncertain times still ahead, our time, as well as your time is very precious!! All the regulations are making appointments hard to find sometimes. With this said, I am fully booked until August 25th and future appointments are also filling very quick! If you have an appointment and you can’t make it, we please ask that you call the salon, 47877206 ASAP. We do keep a waiting list for any appointments that may arise due to cancellation but unfort...unately NO SHOW appointments make it hard to fill that spot! Sharnah and myself do try our very best to accomodate as many people as we can but unfortunately ringing or messaging to remind clients of their appointments is rather hard. I do understand that life is busy and unplanned things arise but like many others in business I’m trying to keep things rolling! Thanks for your understanding, Erin

12.01.2022 And that’s a wrap Hair Worx is now officially CLOSED! I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my new and existing clients for your love and support on my journey. Without each and everyone of you I wouldn’t have been able to keep my business alive. The ‘forever friendships’ I have made I cherish everyday! Thank you to everyone and I hope that you’ve enjoyed my entertainment that I call ‘life’ and watching me grow into the ‘lady’ I am now! My Joshie, I will forev...er grateful to you for all the love and support you have shown me in the last 18+ years. The mothering, the boss ladying and most of all the friendship that has helped me become who I am today and welcoming me into your family like one of your own! Love your guts P.S. I’m still waiting for the day when I’m supposed to be ‘mature’ With that said and done........ Hair Worx maybe closed but don’t despair cause ‘Off The Grid Hair By Erin’ will OPEN next Tuesday 6th October!! The name and address may have changed but our phone number is still the same (47877206) and appointments are essential! (Sorry no walk ins ) So excited to start my new adventure and can’t thank Rhys enough for the support and opportunity for me to do this!! Love you biggest mobs Sharnah, you’ve been amazing! 05.01.2022 It’s with a heavy heart that I let all my valued client family know that, as of close of business Wednesday 1st of April, I will be closing my doors due to the every changing Covid 19 epidemic . At this stage it is not financially viable or worth risking not only mine but my clients health or my families health to remain open. Tomorrow, Tuesday 31st March and Wednesday 1st April will operate as normal unless otherwise advised by the government. Anyone wanting to try and br...ing their appointments forward please call the salon or message the Hair Worx page ASAP. 05.01.2022 At this stage I can stay OPEN for trading as normal! Hair Worx will work normal hours although spacing in between appointments may vary. Please if you aren’t feeling 100% please call a head to reschedule (if you’re hesitant about other people’s germs please reschedule). Sharnah and I both have families that we also need to keep healthy! The salon follows workplace health and safety procedures already but with the virus epidemic heightening we will be taking extra care and disinfecting everything after each client. Sharnah Barnes

03.01.2022 Yesterday Sharnah and I had the privilege of helping Allan for fill his bet to with daughter Zoe by colouring his hair pink if she raised her her target for the school colour fun run!!
