We are lucky as our shop-based dog grooming is a low risk activity if we follow the basic hygiene advice. We ask all our customers to thoroughly wash their hands before and after attending our shops. For your convenience, hand sanitizers are provided in all our shops. If you have returned from overseas follow the government health protocols. And of course follow government recomm...endations if you are feeling ill. As always, we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment according to your needs. 17.01.2022 Dear valued customers, Very glad to notice the outbreak of COVID-19 in Australia slows down, we have decided to reopen all Hairy Tails boutiques from next week starting from 20th April.
