03.01.2022 With the recent release of our Modern Classic gin came months of R&D beforehand. There were plenty of ups and downs but that’s just part of it, and we’ve landed on something that we think is pretty damn great! Even after a product launch though, we still work hard on finding ways to extract more flavour and create the best drink possible. It results in one enormous book shelf of R&D spirits! Head into a good local independent bottle shop near you and check it out for yourself!
