07.01.2022 Hope you are all well We have continued to remain open throughout the COVID-19 Crisis and want to thank all our existing and new clients for your ongoing support! Early on when we were unsure of whether we could still remain open we explored different ways of doing business and how we could still look after our loyal clientele and staff in a safe & sterile environment without compromising on comfort. ... We have the luxury to offer different rooms and a courtyard so that has enabled us to spread out & physical distance as much as possible. So for those of you that we haven’t seen a while, and you’re thinking about returning this is what to expect when you visit Halcyon again & we welcome you back with open arms! (from a distance of course) Halcyon has always had strong sanitisation policies in place and we ramped this right up, in fact we are constantly looking for new ways of improving. Longer appointment times so less people in the salon at once, this may mean you having to book a little way in advance as we cannot take as many bookings in a day. Frequent sanitisation at each work station after each client and hand sanitiser in every room. Some staff may be wearing masks and please feel comfortable to wear one yourself if that is your preference. Bio cups for drinks or grab a coffee from next door at CIBO on Hampden Road We have advised staff to stay home should they be feeling unwell and showing any mild symptoms of COVID 19 or Flu & we ask the same of our clients. We are happy to reschedule your appointment should this be the case. We will be sending a couple of reminders in advance for future appointments so that we can really fine tune our schedules and rosters. Let us know if you don’t think you can make it in plenty of time. 48 hours notice would be appreciated. Stay Well, Stay Safe!
