17.01.2022 This is a full moon descending on Angel Falls, on the south side of Yosemite, just west of Sentinel Rock. For a few days each year, it appears as though the the... moon is draining through the waterfall. ~ Borrowed from another page. 03.01.2022 * Energy Healing & Chakras * The chakras are our energy centres and enable us to regulate the flow of energy through our bodies, and to keep our mind and body working together harmoniously. Each chakra corresponds to particular nerve and hormonal centres, and organs within our body; and each has its own colour and energy frequency. Chakras can become ‘blocked’, ‘underactive’ or ‘overactive’ resulting in the manifestation of illness, both physical and mental; as well as the ...inability to regulate our emotional responses. It is therefore essential that each of our chakras remain open, aligned and balanced to enable the free flow of energy through our body. Energy Healing uses various techniques to help maintain and balance the flow of energy along our meridian pathways and through each chakra. I am so passionate about energy healing as it treats illness as a symptom of energy imbalance and works to address the underlying cause of the issue rather than the symptom or illness itself. I believe that illnesses develop in the emotional, mental or spiritual body long before they manifest in the physical body. If we can identify the emotional, mental and spiritual triggers associated with the illness, we are able to work to correct the energy imbalance that caused the illness in the first place. Further, as we learn through energy healing practices what causes energy imbalances, and begin to recognise when our chakras are unbalanced, we are better positioned to bring our body back into alignment before future physical and mental illnesses manifest.
