14.01.2022 Pony play yoga For all the mummies out there that don’t have time for a yoga practice. A play practice can be almost as good, atleast kick ass at building arm and core strength and a lovely way to include your little ones in your exercise. A little more challenging when the 9yo gets on I think I can only manage a cat/cow maybe drag out a down dog C x

13.01.2022 Just be you! don’t become you, BE YOU. You are an incredibly beautiful human in this moment. Not tomorrow when you do this, or next month when you reach that. Right now! Gorgeous, imperfectly perfect. Please laugh and sing, dance and cry and wholeheartedly express yourself without guilt or shame, without feeling judged by others. You are a gift to this world and I promise you their are no mistakes, no fuck ups. Every choice and step and thing you do is living a human existence. And that is something to be grateful for.

11.01.2022 Takeaway Car pack. Every time I order takeaway and am handed plastic/throw away packaging I walk away feeling guilty and that I should be doing better! Finally made a car pack that can hold a burger, smoothie, coffee, juice etc. Inc some bamboo cutlery and reusable straws. Easy to do, just grab a bag or basket and make a nifty takeaway pack. The planet will Thankyou

11.01.2022 5 year olds absolutely know how to recharge Reagan and I taking 5 on the warm concrete after a busy weekend volunteering for @dalmeny_boardriders as they hosted the @surfing_nsw event. Thrilled to see the community buzzing and working together on this.

10.01.2022 Please join the Paddle out this Saturday to show your support to bring back Marine Sanctuaries in our local area! Our marine Sanctuaries are our fish nurseries and allow bigger fish to breed in safety, meaning more fish for local fisherman on the borders of the sanctuaries and abundant ocean life for your snorkeling adventures! Our sanctuaries are so important for protecting our oceans health and stability. ... The paddle out is at Bar Beach 11am start. Bring a sign supporting the sanctuaries. Super star illustrator Cath @catfishcreative

04.01.2022 Don’t wait for tomorrow to show your perfect self. Don’t wait until your hair is fixed up or you have done your workout Don’t wait for the right job or the coolest threads. Open your heart space right now, soften those edges of ego and let your light spill out into this world of ours. I guarantee you will only make the world more beautiful with your true presence.
