With the announcements regarding stage 4, we want to do our part as much as possible in reducing the spread of covid19. With this, we ask that you help out by avoiding bringing in your pets unnecessarily. We are allowed to remain open for reasons of animal health, husbandry & welfare. ... We are therefor able to offer services to pet parents who are essential permitted workers, are receiving medical treatment, or have other genuine permitted reasons for our service. We know how much fun the fur kids have here at our resort, and we are missing each and every one of them dearly, but we all need to do our part in beating this virus. We will be here on the other side of this, and we will welcome you all back with open arms when we can safely do so. Turbo has been a friend to the kennels for many years, and we are all absolutely devastated to hear of his passing. Kylie, you were an amazing mum to him, and he couldn’t have asked for a better life. Thankyou for allowing us to be such a big part of his life RIP Turbo, and may he run free over the rainbow bridge

13.01.2022 Today we learned with great sadness that Holly, lovingly nicknamed Gloria the hippo, grew her wings. Holly has been spending her holidays here with us over many many years, and we are heartbroken to hear about her passing. Our deepest condolences to Julie and her family, I’m sure she’s up there guilting everyone into belly rubs and treats already RIP Holly

01.01.2022 After todays announcement, we hope everyone is starting to feel some sense of normality, and hopefully we can all start to book some holidays again! In line with Covid safe plans, we will be introducing some changes to the way the office operates. From 8am Wednesday 28th October, all bookings will now have a specified check in time. When you book in, we will organise a time with you to drop off/pick up your pet. Currently, the best way to make a booking is to send us an ema...il at [email protected] with the dates required, and staff will contact you. Once you have arrived at your booked time, please remain in your vehicle and call the office on 97031904 to notify staff that you have arrived. This will ensure we do not have more than 1 customer in the office at any time. Please make sure you arrive at your booked time so that check in/check out of your pets will run as smoothly as possible. We can't wait to see all of our guests again after such a long and difficult period! Please also keep in mind that the 25km radius remains in place until the 8th November.
