Diagnosed with Covid-19 but not an inpatient in a hospital Have been overseas in the last 14 days and are self isolating Have flu-like symptoms (cough, sore throat, fever, breathlessness) Over 70 years old, or Over 50 years old if of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent pregnant a parent of a child under 12 months a person under treatment for chronic health conditions or who are immune compromised Call 9783 0266 to make an appointment

01.01.2022 **Information regarding the Corona Virus (COVID-19)** If you have returned from overseas within the last 14 days AND have flu-like symptoms (e.g. shortness of breath/cough) with or without a fever,... OR have been in close contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19, Please attend the screening clinic at Monash Hospital in Clayton for Covid-19 testing. If you have returned from overseas within the last 14 days BUT have NO symptoms please self-isolate for 14 days. Please do not attend this Clinic until after 2 weeks of return.
