Mildura Rural City Council Swan Hill Rural City Council Yarriambiack Shire Council Northern Part. ... It’s not too late to clear, slash and burn in and around Halls Gap! Please get a permit from the shire (free from Northern Grampians until 18 October) if you live in the township or residential area, and remember to register every burn.
