25.01.2022 Saturday call outs aren't always fun, but with a simple alarm call at the Hotel Bruny Lodge, it would be rude to not stay for lunch at the pub! Nothing better than Bruny oysters, then followed by a drive over Mt Mangana.

24.01.2022 Not only are we the statewide sales and service agents for Super Treat and Econocycle, did you know that our qualified technicians also maintain Envirocycle, Taylex and Biocycle wastewater treatment systems? Being a locally owned, 2nd generation Tasmanian business with over 30 years of wastewater servicing experience between our technicians, you can trust us to make sure your system is operating 100%. Give me a call today on 62481680 to discuss your ongoing wastewater maintenance.

23.01.2022 My invoicing assistant wasn't a great help this morning... Lucky he is cute or I'd sack him!

23.01.2022 It was wet enough to bog a duck today but you only get one chance at a first impression! Our first installation knocked out today for GJ Gardner Homes in Bagdad. An Econocycle AWTS and 440m2 of underground irrigation.

22.01.2022 How was your commute to work this morning? Mine was a bit fresh through the Vale of Belvoir on my way to Lake Barrington. -4 in some parts and very slippery!

22.01.2022 Morning commute is getting harder with bumper to bumper traffic in Ouse this morning. Hopefully not the sign of a baaaaaaad day ahead...

21.01.2022 We certainly have the most dedicated staff in the industry. On site today for a regular maintenance visit and a dog fell into a septic tank, so what did Leighton do? You guessed it. Thanks for going the extra mile to save old doggo, you earnt your lunch time early knock off today mate!

21.01.2022 Wishing all of our customers a happy Easter! Stay home, eat chocolate and look after each other but if you do head out make sure you're safe on the roads! Thinking of all of our doctors, nurses and essential personnel during this time. Simon, Clare, Sebastian, Martin & Leighton.

19.01.2022 Shop local and support locals who give back to the community.

19.01.2022 Don't think that an onsite wastewater treatment system will make a huge footprint on your building block. A small block in Seven Mile Beach required a small solution yesterday and with a modified absorption bed installed as close as possible to the boundary it takes up a mere 24.5m2 when pumped from an Econocycle AWTS producing high quality secondary treated effluent. Another one in for Cunic Homes

18.01.2022 Rainy day and game 3 of the NBA finals. A good day to catch up on some paperwork!

18.01.2022 Another Econocycle installation for Cunic Homes out in the bush at Bagdad. With some above ground irrigation through the native bushland and the stormwater overflow trench also installed we got all the hard work done in the one day. No need to take 3 or 4 days to do a one day job, work smarter not harder.

17.01.2022 A big day to finish the week with 4 Econocycle AWTS delivered around Southern Tas. We managed to score 2 side by side in Honeywood for Ashbry Builders and Tassie Homes Pty Ltd which made the day easier.

16.01.2022 Who needs fancy pipe rollers when you have a full 44 gallon drum and a ute? A couple of 200m rolls of high pressure poly dragged out for our Sorell commercial installation today.

15.01.2022 As we close out another financial year and start to come out of the Covid period we want to thank all of our loyal customers for sticking with us through such a hectic period. It has been tough on us as well but we never let our high standards slip. On top of all this in March I had a major shoulder operation which saw me out of action for a few months so a big thanks to Martin and Leighton for picking up the extra load, this saw us able to maintain our high level of customer service over the last 4 months. We certainly aren't the biggest company but as a small family business we like to think we have the best customer service in the industry. Thanks again! Simon, Clare, Seb, Martin & Leighton.

15.01.2022 As we wrap up another huge year we would like to thank all our loyal customers for their support during 2020, our most turbulent year so far! Huge thanks to Martin & Leighton, the faces of our business for their hard work over the last 12 months and being the 2 blokes we can always rely on to keep our customers happy. Big thanks to all the businesses that have helped us this year, too many to list but know we appreciate all the help! Here's to a happy and healthy 2021 for all our followers and fingers crossed it's an improvement on 2020! Simon, Clare & Sebastian.

14.01.2022 Early mornings and late nights in the office can be tiring, but seeing this cheeky bugger keeps me going! This is an amazing portrait that my friend Andrew painted for me, with the original hanging in the lounge room.

13.01.2022 Sebastian was out on his egg hunt bright and early this morning! Happy Easter to all of our customers, be safe on the roads and moderate on the chocolate intake!

13.01.2022 Tank relocation and 36m of new sewer drains. Moved the tank out of what will be the picnic dining area and into an unused location next to the carpark.

09.01.2022 Big shout out to Michael from Larkins Tech. We had an unsuccessful cyber attack on our email at 6pm on Friday night. While most people would be relaxing Michael was straight on the case, blocking access and resetting passwords. On Saturday morning at 8.30am he was in our office resetting all our settings and updating our security and malware. Awesome service by a local business.

09.01.2022 Another very handy reminder that wipes do not belong down the drain. These wipes (even the ones that say flushable) can cause costly pump problems, blockages and pump outs.

08.01.2022 To all of our values customers, we understand that some people will be self quarantining and avoiding the general public during this period of time. For us it will be business as usual for our routine maintenance, however in the interests of health & safety of ourselves and our customers we will be trying to avoid personal contact as much as we can. Don't be offended if our technicians do not knock on the door to say hello, we are doing this for your own health and safety as well as our own.

08.01.2022 A few more rolled before Christmas! A 540m2 monster sub surface relocation for Doyle Soil Consulting at Brighton 440m2 split into 2 zones for Chris Potter engineering at Honeywood, house design by John Weston Architectural Design 250m2 at stunning Kettering for Onsite Assessments and a 200m2 surface spray area in Kingston for Geo Environmental Solutions to finish off today. Still another half a dozen to do before Christmas, busy busy busy!

06.01.2022 Tank hole excavated Econocycle ENC10-1 AWTS installed 300m irrigation line trenched and installed 40m3 loam spread and seeded In and out in 1 day ... Another one knocked over for G.J Gardner Homes in Claremont. See more

06.01.2022 It was great to work with Swan Homes Tasmania on this amazing new build at Old Beach. Congrats to Greg & Kylie on your new home.

06.01.2022 A rough start to the week but receiving an email praising both my staff for their work ethic and how helpful they have been over the years does restore your faith! Leighton attended a property at 7pm on Christmas eve to get their alarm issues fixed up before their family arrived for Christmas day so it was nice to get a big thanks and some praise from the customers. I truly am lucky to have staff that will go over and above for our customers, people say that the customers are the most important thing you need for a business to run but if you look after your staff they will then in turn look after the customers. Well done boys, great work!

05.01.2022 You can't push sh*t uphill, you have to pump it! Well a client in Sorell was well and truly in the sh*t this morning when their macerator unit failed and couldn't pump their waste up to the Taswater main line on the street. A pump out, new pump and a good clean out all before lunch time - if this hasn't put me off it.

04.01.2022 Clare told me I had to take more photos using filters. So here are 2 x 50mm Azud disc filters I put on a commercial system in Sorell. Am I doing it right?

04.01.2022 Tank hole excavated Econocycle ENC10-1 AWTS installed 300m irrigation line trenched and installed 40m3 loam spread and seeded In and out in 1 day ... Another one knocked over for G.J Gardner Homes in Claremont. See more

03.01.2022 This is where we are at in the Hall household! It is a timely reminder that although nappy wipes are convenient, they do not belong down the toilet. Wipes are causing major problems in sewer infrastructure and can cause some costly repairs if they are flushed down the toilet. Not only that, unlike toilet paper wipes do not break down in your septic. This means that your system will need pumping out a lot sooner than usually required.

02.01.2022 Flashback Friday. Found this one from our installation at Lake Barrington Rowing Course back in 2013. Needed the biggest crane they had to get the tanks into place. For some scale to this photo i'm 6'4'' and the front of the crane was still well over my head to level it up. Probably one of the most challenging we have done.
