25.01.2022 Throw back to our Port Melbourne extension. Only 5m2 of internal space which created a beautiful sunroom. The star of this job was the Louvretec alfresco roofing system which can open and close letting various amounts of light and weather in!!

22.01.2022 Three days before Christmas and welcome to another profile! This week we’d like to introduce you to our contractor, Justin Woodward. Juzzy is one of our Site Supervisors and he’s been with us for just under 12 months. He likes working on all types of jobs but especially our new builds, because he loves the being able to work on projects from start to finish - from a bare block to a client’s dream home.... Juzzy has numerous strengths - he is a natural leader, organised and is a wonderful mentor to so many of our team members. We love that he is able to continually teach the team different ways of working to achieve an efficient build. He likes working at halo because we have a fantastic team to work with that are willing to listen and work hard to get the job done. We love you working for us Juzzy because you’re such a hard worker and we appreciate your help this year!

17.01.2022 Another week, another opportunity to introduce to you another one of our incredible workers! Meet Lachlan Hendley, our 4th year apprentice carpenter. Starting with us in April 2017, Lachie’s been with us for over three years now. Lachie brings to site his can-do attitude which is matched by his hard work and motivation to do his absolute best at every task he is given. Lachie enjoys a great variety of work too - from new builds to renovations! ... He tells us that he likes working for Halo Constructions because Halo is always pumping with loads of jobs for him to learn from and he is always picking up great skills and tips from all our different trades. Lachie thinks he is the lucky one to have started working with us when he was 17, but actually, we’re the lucky ones to have such a positive and capable chippy in him! We look forward to many more years with him and are so proud of him. Keep up the great work Lachie!

16.01.2022 The weather was against us today but that didn’t stop the guys at Halo from digging deep and coming up with the goods! A massive effort has seen the retaining erected in 1 day! 9m3 of scoria moved up the steep block to backfill with as well!!!

06.01.2022 It’s certainly a busy rush to the end of the year with all hands on deck to get things wrapped up this week! There’s no better time to introduce to you another one of our qualified carpenters, Patrick Hulland. Pat’s been with us since July of last year and loves taking pride in his work. Pat works hard every day and our clients love him for his lovely personality and persistence with any task at hand. Pat likes working for Halo because of the great variety of jobs we under...take and the high standard we work to. He’s picking up new tricks and tips everyday and is an integral part of our team. A big thanks to our Pat for all his hard work and determination this year!

02.01.2022 Three weeks until Christmas and welcome to our third employee profile! This week meet Jesse - a qualified carpenter who has been with us for the past 18 months. Jesse enjoys all aspects of building, but particularly enjoys all of our diverse framing and decking jobs.... He is a gun at problem solving and finding innovative solutions to tricky building situations. We love him for his great work ethic and high quality work. He loves us, he says, for the great variety of work we undertake from start to finish. He also enjoys coming to work every day to be part of a warm and welcoming team environment. A big thanks to you, Jesse, for making our team so great & for bringing your A-game every day! We appreciate all your hard work!
