This policy has been in place for 2 years We do book up quiet far in advance, therefore we had to put this policy in place as we were getting a lot of no shows. This policy was done with our clients in mind as they are the ones who miss out, if someone cancels last minute or doesnt show... We understand from time to time people get sick or something will arise. Please let the salon know ASAP so we can reshedule your appointment and try to fill your space with a person on our waitlist.
