Halsey Hounds Boarding Kennels is now seeking an enthusiastic and self motivated dog lover, to join our family based workplace as an Kennel Attendant on a part time/casual basis. As a kennel attendant you would provide daily care for boarded dogs and assist with kennel maintenance. You will be involved with scheduling boarding appointments, customer service (either face to face, over the phone & through social media), garden ma...intenance, cleaning pens and runs, bathing, exercising, feeding, administering medication, and monitoring the behavior & health of boarded dogs. We are looking for someone who is: - Passionate about dogs - Confident, organised and reliable - Has initiative & motivation - Enjoys exercise, is fit & healthy - Has great customer service skills - Able to work alone or in a small team - Has the ability to work monthly rosters including alternative weekends, school holidays and some public holidays. - Holds a current WA Driver’s License Casual - Approximately 16 hours a week over 8 shifts (we run a morning & afternoon shifts), potential for more hours down the track. Shift days can be flexible, plus alternative weekends. Hourly rate - Depending on experience will be negotiated with successful candidate.
