23.01.2022 CHAMPIONS A huge congratulations to our top Ladies team on winning the Women’s Metro North Division 1 league for the 2nd year running. In fact it’s their 4th league title in a row! An amazing achievement. Well done to the girls and coach Nick Sheen for another brilliant season. We’re extremely proud of you all.

20.01.2022 Our Amateur Premier League squad kicks off preseason 2021 on Tuesday the 12th of January. We invite new and existing players to training led by 1st team coach Howard Tweats. Meet 6.30pm at Carine Open Space passive area (opposite skate park) off Beach Road, Carine. Training continues Thursday 14th Jan and every following Tuesday and Thursday.

17.01.2022 2020 was definitely a different year in football but we coped with disruption, extra cleaning duties and social distancing to complete an almost full season. Feeling grateful that we had the chance to get out on the pitch compared to many other places around the world. Our 1st team had a fantastic start to the season and despite dropping down the table in recent weeks, Howard and his team have restored pride in the club with some fantastic performances. While finishing 8th th...e team were only 2 points off a 3rd place finish. With our young reserve team backing up with a 3rd place finish the future looks bright. Our amazing NDv1 Ladies took out yet another league title while NDv2 Ladies performed admirably finishing 5th. Metro NDv1 were in the title hunt for a while before slipping to a 4th place finish while Metro NDv3, our 3rd team, finished 10th but showed plenty of promise throughout the season. Masters 35’s finished a credible 8th in a 16 team league while the 45’s were robbed in every game, finishing last but certainly had fun along the way. A huge thank you to all our committee and coaches. Volunteers are the lifeblood of the club and without you we wouldn’t exist. Also to the players and members that signed up this year to wear the white and black and represent the club with passion. 16.01.2022 The club took possession today of our Containers for Change bin. We’re proud to sign up to an important scheme to reduce waste. Previously all our bottles and cans would go into skips but thanks to the City of Stirling service the bin will be picked up on demand. Not only reducing waste in landfill but also earning money for the club We hope to offer a service to members in 2021 where they can drop off empties at the club on training and match days. In the meantime for an...y members happy to help us fundraise, our scheme ID is C10276284. You can use bag drops in various places around Perth or use the drive through drop off centre in Balcatta. 15.01.2022 What a debut season for Hamersley for these two lads. Liam and Dec Hudson caused havoc down the wings this year, scoring and assisting many of the 1st teams goals. Liam pipped his twin to the coveted Players Player award by 1 point while Dec received the well deserved Coaches Player Award. Well done to you both

10.01.2022 Tomorrow we head south to face Kwinana United Soccer Club in the final game of the season! After both Premier and Reserves teams having stellar performances last Sunday and gaining maximum points, they will be looking to end the season on a high by winning at Kelly Park. Kwinana have had a great season so it will definitely be a tough match! Only one word can describe the Women's Metro North Div One Team... CHAMPIONS!!!!!... They also face the Northern Redbacks Womens Soccer Club in their final game of the season at the COS Good luck to the other Hamersley teams this weekend!

08.01.2022 Another amazing debut season, this time from Tara Lind from the Ladies North Div 1 team. Fresh from juniors Tara took the league by storm scoring 20 goals from 14 games to help the team win yet another championship title. Tara was the club golden boot, awarded to the highest goal scorer in the club for season 2020. Congratulations Tara .

05.01.2022 It's the penultimate round of the season and our last home game for the Premier and Reserves team. Let's hope we end our last home game of the season with 3 points from both teams! Official Wembley Downs Soccer Club are a quality outfit, but the lads will be up for it! The Women's North Metro Div one team are away to North Beach for their penultimate match, which a win will guarantee the title! Good luck and bring home that silverware! ... Good luck to all teams!
