07.01.2022 Mates on the Road "We are riding from Sydney around Tasmania as part of a group called Mates on the Road who ride for the awareness of depression and suicide. We will be visiting 2 men's sheds while we are touring Tasmania and chatting to locals like yourself to make fellow sufferers realise they are not alone and there is help out there. We like to say "just ask and make sure you talk to someone, a friend or a family member. You are not alone."
