12.01.2022 One last post before I go. Hamilton Laundrette is now officially in New hands and it was sad but lovely to say goodbye yesterday evening to some special people.. Thanks to everyone who helped me along the way and i look forward to updating you once we start our travels .... adios amigos!!

09.01.2022 Well its almost official.. After almost 17 years the Hamilton Laundrette changes hands this week. I want to thank all my wonderful customers and staff for their support and friendship over the years. The staff will be staying so you won't see any change to the usual outstanding service you're used to. Me? I will be taking my wife on a once in a lifetime extended journey to Europe and immersing ourselves in different cultures, tastes and scenes. I wish nothing but the best fo...r the new owner but in the meantime it's time for me to go and in the words of Douglas Adams.. "So long and Thanks for All the fish! Michael

09.01.2022 Here's a warning for beach goers! I just had a customer tell me that he and his family went to Newcastle beach. He left his wallet in his car to be safe but apparently he was watched from his car to the beach. Once he was in the water they grabbed his keys and went back and ransacked his car, including taking his money. It was reported to the police but just a reminder to take care, thieves are always watching and waiting...
