17.01.2022 Championed by our residents, Warm Up for Winter will see a myriad of colourful scarves knitted by residents, adorning trees in the precinct from this Saturday 13th June to Friday 31st July. The blue colour has been used in the scarves in acknowledgement of the support frontline workers have provided during the Coronavirus pandemic. Five oarsmen and two oarswomen crews will battle down the Hamilton Heritage Course from Pinkenba to Bulimba with crews launching from the riverside beach at around 9.45am.
